Fotoğraf severlere 25.ci kez kapılarını açan Voies Off festivali bu yıl 4-9 Temmuz tarihleri arasında Arles’da yer alacak. Tüm dünyadan fotoğrafçıların çalışmalarını getirdiği Portfolyo Merkezi’nde değerlendirme yapmak üzere davet aldım.
