There have been a number of severe changes to the structures of our everyday lives since the appearance of the COVID-19 virus. The most challenging of these undoubtedly was coming to terms with the lockdowns. Some people switched to working from home, some were afraid to go outside and others were restricted from going out. Sleep cycles turned upside down because of limited activity resulting from staying indoors for long periods. People began to fall asleep later, and to wake up later. In addition, habits began forming around spending more time in bed, lounging around and going about our days clad in pajamas.
